The Meadow

The sun is blindingly bright today, washing over me in waves of intense warmth. I lie back on the grass, the scent of damp, rich soil filling my nose. In the distance, I see blurry figures moving around, their sounds soft and rhythmic. I feel so heavy, so incredibly relaxed... I don't think I could lift a finger even if I wanted to. I just want to stay here forever.
