The Anatomy of a Promise

Jack was a terrible student, but he was desperately in love with Emily. Knowing his academic struggles, Emily jokingly promised to be his girlfriend if they both managed to enter the same prestigious medical university. Autumn came, and Jack finally made it into her classroom. However, when they finally "reunited", Emily didn't embrace him.
