During the renovation of the historic Pendelton estate, workers demolish a cellar wall and discover a tiny infant skeleton. Horrifyingly, every single bone is pitch black.
When confronted, the 85-year-old retired surgeon, Arthur, merely sighs and says, "Sixty years. It's finally over." DNA testing confirms the child is his. Arthur is arrested but refuses to say another word, seemingly accepting his fate.
The case seems closed, until his frail, wheelchair-bound wife, Eleanor, arrives at the police station. With a shaking voice, she confesses, "Let him go. I am the one who sealed the baby in that wall."
