Tough Crowd
Puzzle
An aspiring stand-up comedian performed a twenty-minute set in a dimly lit room for an audience of exactly three. Throughout the entire routine, they sat in absolute silence—no laughter, no applause, not even a flinch. Frustrated by the dead silence, the comedian decided to take matters into his own hands. By the end of the night, all three audience members were smiling. Their grins were impossibly wide, unnatural, and utterly terrifying. The next morning, the comedian was arrested.
