Eighth Floor Nightmare

The 8th-floor apartment across the street gave me the creeps. Taped to the inside of the window were three words: "DON'T COME OVER". Peering through the glass, I saw a shadowy silhouette standing in the room, twitching bizarrely. Terrified, I violently yanked my curtains shut. The next morning, when I finally dared to look again, I saw a man hanging by a rope in that exact window.
