The Glutton

Dad kept bragging about his gecko's sudden appetite, saying the little guy was eating three times as much despite barely moving from his warm rock. Worried he looked a bit stiff today, I reached into the terrarium to pick him up and check his belly. As soon as I lifted him, his jaw hung loose, and a stream of live mealworms spilled out of his mouth onto my hand.
