The Treetop Secret
Puzzle
She walked toward the riverbank, clutching an empty plastic water bottle. The next morning, the local radio grimly announced her tragic fate: she had been completely devoured by the river's most ruthless predator, leaving not a single bone behind. Heartbroken, her mother flew across the globe to visit the site. Yet, as she stood there, her tear-filled eyes locked onto a massive tree by the water. Snagged on the highest branch, fifteen feet in the air, was her daughter's pure white camisole. Staring at the fabric fluttering in the wind, the mother abruptly stopped crying. A long, shuddering sigh of relief escaped her lips. Smiling faintly, she whispered, "Thank God. It wasn't an animal."
