The Millionth Customer

"Congratulations! You're our one-millionth customer!" the manager beamed, handing Arthur a golden VIP card. "Free meals for life. We insist you join us every single day." Arthur was absolutely thrilled. A year later, he is morbidly obese, unable to walk, and constantly gasping for air.
